Als Store Manager krijg je de kans om jouw team en winkel te laten groeien, met een salaris tot €4.196,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur). Dit ga je doen Als Store Manager in onze fietsenwinkel in Haarlem ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je stuurt een enthousiast team aan, zorgt dat de winkel er altijd verzorgd uitziet en dat het assortiment perfect aansluit bij de wensen van onze klanten. Samen met jouw collega's bied je iedere bezoeker een geweldige winkelervaring en creëer je een motiverende sfeer waarin iedereen kan groeien. Jouw dagen zijn afwisselend: van het coachen van je team, het bewaken van de klanttevredenheid en het behalen van de verkoopdoelen, tot het optimaliseren van processen en het beheren van de voorraad. Je neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren en deelt je kennis met andere filialen. Ook denk je creatief mee over hoe jullie winkel nóg aantrekkelijker kan worden.
