Voor een innovatieve en technisch hoogstaande industriële productieorganisatie zoeken wij een Storingstechnieker Elektromechanica/Onderhoudstechnieker (storingsdienst) ter versterking van het technisch team.

Binnen deze sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving staan betrouwbaarheid, operationele efficiëntie en continue technische optimalisatie centraal. Je komt terecht in een professioneel onderhoudsteam waar technische expertise, samenwerking en kennisdeling essentieel zijn. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne industriële installaties en geavanceerde productietechnologie, waarbij jouw rol cruciaal is voor de continuïteit van het productieproces.

Als storingstechnieker ben jij de technische spil die instaat voor het operationeel houden en herstellen van productie-installaties. Bij stilstanden analyseer je snel en gestructureerd de oorzaak en werk je aan een duurzame en technisch onderbouwde oplossing. Je combineert mechanische, elektrische en PLC-kennis om storingen efficiënt te detecteren, te analyseren en op te lossen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om storingen, defecten en ongeplande stilstanden te voorkomen
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektromechanische en PLC-gerelateerde storingen aan industriële installaties
  • Snel en doelgericht ingrijpen bij technische pannes en productiestilstanden om downtime te minimaliseren
  • Meewerken aan technische aanpassingen, machine-uitbreidingen en optimalisaties van productie-installaties
  • Actief bijdragen aan continuous improvement-projecten rond betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie en processtabiliteit
  • Correct rapporteren van interventies en actief meedenken over structurele verbeteringen binnen onderhoudsprocessen en technische werking

Een A2-diploma in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een andere technische richting is een must.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema’s.
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen (geen programmering vereist).
  • Zelfstandig en analytisch ingesteld met een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Teamspeler die vlot overlegt en samenwerkt met collega’s.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst (1x per 4 weken).
