Ook voor mensen voor wie dat niet vanzelfsprekend is. We financieren gezondheidsonderzoek, stimuleren het gebruik van de ontwikkelde kennis en signaleren waar meer kennis nodig is. Van onderzoek gedreven door nieuwsgierigheid tot implementatie in de praktijk: samen maken we het verschil. Het ZonMw-programma Zingeving en Geestelijke verzorging is een praktijkgericht programma voor kennisontwikkeling en -implementatie voor zingeving (levensbegeleiding en geestelijke verzorging) in de thuissituatie. Opdracht Uitvoering van de tussenevaluatie van het programma Zingeving en Geestelijke verzorging. Voor het beantwoorden van de evaluatievragen vindt deskonderzoek plaats. Er vindt een analyse plaats van de beschikbare documentatie. Vervolgens worden stakeholders en projectleiders geïnterviewd. De verzamelde data worden geanalyseerd en verwerkt in een document waarin de opgehaalde kennis is samengevat en geordend aan de hand van de evaluatievragen. De programmacommissie reflecteert op dit document. Na deze reflectie wordt het tussenevaluatierapport in concept opgesteld en per mail verstuurd naar de subcommissie. Na het verwerken van hun opmerkingen wordt het rapport definitief. De uitgewerkte opdracht wordt gedeeld voorafgaand aan de selectiegesprekken. Functie-eisen Eisen: - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal WO- master niveau; - Aantoonbare werkervaring met de evaluatie van onderzoeksprogramma's; - Op de hoogte van de relevante onderzoeksthema's binnen de palliatieve zorg/zingeving; - Beschikbaar per 14 juni 2021, afronding opdracht september/oktober 2021.
