Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Wonen - BEL Gemeenten 6 oktober 2026 door Gemeente.nu De BEL Combinatie, werkorganisatie voor de gemeenten Blaricum, Eemnes en Laren, zoekt een: Beschrijving Vacature: Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Wonen 32-36 uur per week | Max. € 6422,- (o.b.v. 36 uur) | Standplaats: Eemnes Ben jij een ervaren adviseur die soepel schakelt tussen beleid en uitvoering? En wil jij bouwen aan de toekomst van wonen in Blaricum, Eemnes en Laren en tegelijk werken in een organisatie met korte lijnen en zichtbare resultaten? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap! Werkzaamheden Wat ga je doen als Strategisch Beleidsadviseur Wonen? Als strategisch adviseur ontwikkel je beleid op het gebied van wonen en adviseer je collega's, het bestuur en de raden over het realiseren van woningbouwopgaven met bijzondere aandacht voor betaalbaarheid, aandachtsgroepen, ouderenhuisvesting en doorstroming. De druk op de woningmarkt is hoog waardoor veel (lokaal) woningzoekenden geen betaalbare woonruimte kunnen vinden in het dorp. De drie BEL-gemeenten (Blaricum, Eemnes en Laren) staan dan ook voor complexe uitdagingen op het gebied van wonen. De ambities zoals een passende woning voor jong en oud en voor elke portemonnee zijn vastgelegd in de Woonvisies maar moeten komend jaar, in het kader van de Wet versterking regie volkshuisvesting, worden opgenomen in een Volkshuisvestingsprogramma. Jij gaat hiermee aan de slag. Daarnaast werk je aan de herijking van de Huisvestingsverordeningen en aan de actualisatie en het uitvoeren van regionale afspraken uit de Woondeals in zowel Noord-Holland als Utrecht. Andere werkzaamheden zijn: - je voert regie op de jaarlijkse cyclus van prestatieafspraken met woningcorporaties en huurdersorganisaties en zorgt voor een stevige verbinding tussen lokale woonopgaven, corporatiestrategieën en bestuurlijke ambities. - je vertegenwoordigt de drie BEL-gemeenten in regionale en provinciale samenwerkingsverbanden, waaronder de...
