Supervisor Accounting & Reporting Bedrijf In de rol van Supervisor Accounting & Reporting geef je leiding aan een klein team van enthousiaste (Senior) Assistenten Accounting & Reporting. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse samenstelwerkzaamheden en (ondersteunende) advieswerkzaamheden. Binnen onze vestiging in Heerlen is een deel van onze klantenportefeuille nationaal en een deel internationaal georiënteerd. Dit betekent dat zelf de keuze hebt waar je voorkeuren liggen. Of je frequent werkt voor diverse internationale opdrachtgevers uit verschillende branches binnen het grotere MKB, of juist die Nationale familiebedrijven naar je toe trekt. Je onderhoudt direct contact met deze cliënten, identificeert hun behoeften en herkent opkomende kansen. Op deze manier blijf je goed op de hoogte van de uitdagingen waarmee onze cliënten te maken hebben en kun je waardevolle bijdragen leveren die aansluiten op hun behoeften. Jij bent ambitieus en inventief. Jij weet door jouw sociale vaardigheden te werken in een open, informele en internationale sfeer. Jij weet door jouw objectiviteit en deskundigheid anderen op een positieve manier te ondersteunen. Als Supervisor Accounting & Reporting herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Relevante HBO of academische opleiding volgend / afgerond; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de accountancy; - Jouw ambitie bepaalt je pad, wil je afstuderen als accountant AA of juist doorgroeien met praktijkervaring, het is aan jou! - Representatief en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré); - Teamgeest en inzicht in de problematiek van de ondernemer; - Nauwkeurige en professioneel kritische instelling; - Je herkent jezelf in onze waarde: wij plaatsen kwaliteit boven kwantiteit en daarnaast ben je maatschappelijk betrokken.
