The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming actief in de rycaclage zijn wij op zoek naar een Terreinverantwoordelijke. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de site en zorg je ervoor dat alle activiteiten op het terrein veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je combineert een sterke organisatorische aanpak met technisch inzicht en leidinggevende capaciteiten.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve omgeving waar actief wordt ingezet op circulaire economie, moderne installaties en duurzame verwerking.

Als Terreinverantwoordelijke ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt op de site en stuur je de dagelijkse werking aan.

  • Aansturen van machinisten, sorteerders en terreinmedewerkers
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van het terrein, de overslag en de installaties
  • Bewaken van de productie en kwaliteit van de sorteer- en breekinstallaties
  • Toezicht houden op inkomende en uitgaande afvalstromen
  • Opvolgen van preventief onderhoud van machines en installaties
  • Samenwerken met techniek en garage bij het oplossen van storingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde site
  • Plannen van personeelsinzet en opvolgen van werkuren
  • Organiseren van een vlotte aanvoer- en afvoerplanning
  • Opstellen, aanpassen en controleren van procedures en werkinstructies
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels (VKM)
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en meewerken aan audits en verbetertrajecten
  • Coördineren van de informatiedoorstroming tussen verschillende afdelingen

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat het terrein en de logistieke processen functioneren als een goed geoliede machine.

Je bent een sterke people manager met technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen een operationele omgeving.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht in machines en installaties
  • Je bent een geboren organisator en motivator
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met medewerkers en bezoekers
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en behoudt steeds het overzicht
  • Je bent sterk bezig met veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu
  • Je bent sociaal, teamgericht en hebt ervaring in het aansturen van medewerkers
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk
  • Je bent medisch geschikt voor een veiligheidsfunctie
