Alles gebaseerd op precisietechniek en precisiebewerking. Functieomschrijving Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren, coördineren en uitvoeren van klantopdrachten en vragen op het gebied van techniek en logistiek binnen het Account Team. Taken en verantwoorrdelijkheden: - Het juist instellen van logistieke parameters in het ERP-systeem in combinatie met regelmatige controles, evenals het initiëren van logistieke verbeteracties; - Tijdige levering van producten conform de prioriteiten zoals vastgelegd in de productieplanning en zorgdragen voor een correctie afhandeling van buitenstaande verwerkingen; - Het omzetten van bestelsuggesties naar inkooporders, en het verwerken, administreren en archiveren van inkooporders. - Het behandelen van knelpunten bij leveringsverschillen (aantallen) en systeemboodschappen richting leveranciers (vervroegen, vertragen en annuleren), evenals het beoordelen en afhandelen van achterstandenlijsten en manco's; - Het aanvragen van offertes en maken van interne calculaties; - Onderhandelen over de best mogelijke levertijd, met oog voor zowel de klant als het bedrijfsbelang, en het verzenden van inkoopopdrachten naar toeleveranciers, evenals het bewaken van orderbevestigingen; - Het correct uitvoeren van het Demand Management Proces in lijn met de gestelde vraag; - Het op tijd leveren van grondstoffen, onderdelen en diensten.
