Als Supply Chain Engineer speel jij een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van de performance van onze divisie Liquid. Jij bent degene die analyses vertaalt naar acties, verbeterinitiatieven oppakt en deze van A tot Z tot een succes maakt.

Je neemt het voortouw in het realiseren van verbeteringen in omzet, cashflow, marges, klantprestaties en operationele efficiëntie. Tijdens dit proces onderhoud je intensieve samenwerking met collega’s uit Operations, Procurement, Commercial en bouw je actief aan relaties met klanten om belangen te verbinden en samenwerking te stimuleren.

Met jouw ondernemende en pragmatische aanpak zorg je dat plannen niet in theorie blijven hangen, maar zichtbaar landen in de operatie. Je monitort de voortgang en rapporteert over de belangrijkste KPI’s, zodat iedereen scherp blijft op de resultaten die je realiseert.

Jouw profiel

- Afgeronde hbo- of wo opleiding in de richting van Logistiek, Supply Chain Management of Bedrijfskunde;

- Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de transport is een pre;

- Communicatief sterk en weet te overtuigen, te verbinden en mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen;

- Analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en concrete acties;

- Werkt gestructureerd, bewaakt voortgang en stuurt effectief aan;

- Goede beheersing van Engelse taal, Nederlands is een pre;

- Innoverend vermogen, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.
