Bij TWE Meulebeke zoeken we een hands-on Supply Chain Manager die het volledige order-to-delivery-proces aanstuurt.

Je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan de afdelingen Internal Sales, Productieplanning, Material Disposition en Logistiek.

Je bouwt mee aan een efficiënte organisatie door heldere kaders te scheppen, processen te optimaliseren en als stevig klankbord te fungeren voor de werkvloer.

Jouw taken

  • Directe leiding en sturing: je stuurt de medewerkers van Internal Sales, Productieplanning en Material Disposition, en de Logistics Manager, rechtstreeks en hands-on aan. Deze teams omvatten zowel blue-collar als white-collarmedewerkers.
  • Grondstoffen en materiaalbeheer: je houdt toezicht op het MRP-proces, de tijdige afroep van grondstoffen, de voorraadniveaus en de container- en importlogistiek, zodat stockbreuken uitblijven.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: je analyseert de order-to-deliveryketen en de goederenstromen en voert praktisch haalbare verbeteringen door.
  • Planning en capaciteit: je bewaakt en ondersteunt de korte- en langetermijnplanning van de productie en grijpt proactief in bij knelpunten, dit in nauw overleg met productie.
  • Klankbord voor Logistiek en Inkoop: je ondersteunt de Logistics Manager en de Material Disposition Manager bij dagelijkse escalaties op de vloer of bij leveranciers.
  • Klantgerichte afstemming: je bent aanspreekpunt bij escalaties en complexe klantdossiers. Je stemt klantverwachtingen af met Sales, Planning, Productie en Kwaliteit.
  • Kwaliteit en KPI’s: je stuurt strak op OTIF-leverbetrouwbaarheid, grondstoffenbeschikbaarheid, voorraadniveaus en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Je hebt 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain, Planning of Logistiek binnen een productieomgeving, en kent de dagelijkse realiteit van de werkvloer.
  • Je bent hands-on en operationeel ingesteld, met focus op uitvoering en opvolging.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP (o.a. MRP, planning en warehouse management).
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van gemengde teams van arbeiders en bedienden.
  • Je bent assertief en leidt je team op een no-nonsense manier. Je bent eerlijk en duidelijk. Streng maar rechtvaardig. Je durft grenzen aangeven en beslissingen nemen.
  • Je werkt vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
