- Lead and optimise Supply Chain processes within the ISS* programme.
- Manage procurement, inventory, repairable items and physical material flows.
- Anticipate shortages, delays and risks that could impact vessel availability.
- Coordinate transport, customs and urgent logistics flows.
- Monitor suppliers, logistics partners, contracts and performance.
- Integrate Supply Chain requirements into Procurement, Engineering, Maintenance and Programme Management.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to availability, inventory, procurement, repairs and supplier performance.
- Improve processes, data quality and ERP usage across the Supply Chain.
ISS: In-Service Support
- Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a complex industrial Supply Chain environment.
- Experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Programme Manager or within ISS/Support is a strong asset.
- Experience in the naval, defence, aerospace, rail, energy or complex technical systems sector is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics flows, transport and supplier management.
- Excellent command of Excel and solid experience with ERP systems and KPI reporting.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills, results-driven and passionate about your field, with the ability to prioritise and respond quickly.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring together different internal and external stakeholders.
