The posting

  • Piloter et optimiser les processus Supply Chain dans le cadre du programme ISS*.
  • Gérer les approvisionnements, les stocks, les articles réparables et les flux physiques.
  • Anticiper les ruptures, retards et risques susceptibles d’impacter la disponibilité des navires.
  • Coordonner les transports, les opérations douanières et les flux logistiques urgents.
  • Suivre les fournisseurs, prestataires logistiques, contrats et performances.
  • Intégrer les exigences Supply Chain dans les Achats, l’Ingénierie, la Maintenance et le Programme.
  • Définir et suivre les KPI liés à la disponibilité, aux stocks, aux approvisionnements, aux réparations et aux fournisseurs.
  • Améliorer les processus, la qualité des données et l’utilisation de l’ERP au sein de la Supply Chain.

ISS: In-Service Support

  • Diplôme de niveau Master en ingénierie ou formation technique équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement Supply Chain industriel complexe.
  • Une expérience en tant que Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Programme Manager ou dans le domaine ISS/Support constitue un réel atout.
  • Une expérience dans le naval, la défense, l’aéronautique, le ferroviaire, l’énergie ou les systèmes techniques complexes est un plus. Bonne connaissance de la planification, des approvisionnements, de la gestion des stocks, des flux logistiques, du transport et du pilotage fournisseurs.
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et bonne expérience des systèmes ERP et du reporting KPI.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse, orientation résultats et passion pour votre métier, avec la capacité de définir les priorités et de réagir rapidement.
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
