The posting

Als Supply Chain officer vorm je de brug tussen het kwaliteitssysteem en de dagelijkse productie. Je combineert administratieve opvolging met een actieve aanwezigheid op de productievloer.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor het beheer en de actualisatie van master data binnen de ERP-systemen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij aankoop, planning en customer service en zorgt mee voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Je analyseert de productiecapaciteit en productie-output en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Je verwerkt en analyseert data en staat in voor het opmaken van Supply Chain-rapportages.
  • Je draagt bij aan het structureren en optimaliseren van Supply Chain-processen en ondersteunt

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Supply Chain officer die nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen Supply Chain, planning, logistiek, customer service of aankoop. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een sterke interesse in Supply Chain komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en ziet opportuniteiten om processen efficiënter te maken.
  • Je voelt je goed in een dynamische en groeiende omgeving waar flexibiliteit en initiatief gewaardeerd worden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
