  • Je coördineert het volledige productieproces van verschillende producten en stemt alles af met externe partners en leveranciers;
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden bij productiepartners nauwgezet op en bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en voortgang;
  • Je plant efficiënt, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot vooruitgaan;
  • Je bezorgt stalen aan klanten, volgt feedback op en begeleidt goedkeuringsprocessen;
  • Je bewaakt bestellingen van aanvraag tot oplevering en houdt budgetten in het oog;
  • Je grijpt snel in bij onverwachte situaties en zorgt ervoor dat processen minimaal verstoord worden;
  • Je houdt voorraadniveaus correct en overzichtelijk bij;
  • Je analyseert productiecijfers, defectpercentages en prestaties en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke rapporteringen;
  • Je verzorgt een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van onder andere leveringen, stockgegevens en facturatie;
  • Je beheert gegevens in het ERP-pakket, maakt artikelen aan, stelt stuklijsten op en ondersteunt voorraadbeheer;
  • Je denkt actief mee na over efficiëntere werkwijzen en helpt processen verder te stroomlijnen;
  • Je ondersteunt bij de uitwerking en implementatie van nieuwe supply chain tools en werkmethodes;
  • Je organiseert terugkerende overlegmomenten tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een correcte verslaggeving;
  • Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende operationele en supply chain gerelateerde projecten.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma binnen marketing, engineering, economie of een gelijkaardige richting;
  • Je kan minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply planning of productieplanning voorleggen;
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van productieplanning en supply chain processen;
  • Je begrijpt productieomgevingen en weet hoe processen efficiënter gemaakt kunnen worden;
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel, MS Office en ERP-systemen;
  • Je bent sterk in het uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van processen;
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een zelfstandige en gestructureerde aanpak;
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten;
  • Je communiceert professioneel met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders;
  • Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels op een hoog niveau.
