Wat ga je doen? Als Supply Chain Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten verlopen van de logistieke stromen. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat onze klanten, business partners en andere stakeholders tevreden zijn. Naast jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden ga je ook structuur aanbrengen in operationele processen en een belangrijke rol spelen in procesoptimalisatie. Hierbij een greep uit jouw taken: - Bewaken, controleren, uitvoeren en het geven van adviezen met betrekking tot alle relevante importeursprocessen. - Je zorgt voor het beheer en onderhoud van alle relevante masterdata. - Het verwerken en beheren van inkooporders en verscheepte voertuigen in SAP. - Het managen van internationale transporten. - Het invoeren van voertuigen binnen de EU en het zorgen voor de aangiften hiervan bij de Douane/Belastingdienst; - Het monitoren en aanpassen van wisselkoersen in sap ten behoeven van openstaande inkooporders. - Het beheren van Letters of Credit bij de bank. - Het uitwerken van verbetersuggesties tot concrete, structurele en werkbare end-to-end oplossingen en samen met je collega teamleden zorgen voor een succesvolle implementatie.
