Je: - Ondersteunt gebruikers bij issues met M365, Intune en Azure . - Zet je eerste stappen in Powershell en automatisering. - Escaleert waar nodig naar derde lijn, maar pakt zoveel mogelijk zelf op. - Leert dagelijks van ervaren collega's en tilt je skills naar een hoger niveau. Doorgroeimogelijkheden Je krijgt de kans om gericht door te groeien: - Richting Cloud Administrator / Systeembeheerder . - Met opleidingen en certificeringen die volledig worden vergoed. - Met begeleiding via drie groeigesprekken per jaar . Wat wordt er gevraagd - Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring in IT-support. - Ervaring met M365, Azure en Intune is een grote pré. - Enthousiasme om je kennis uit te bouwen en verder te groeien.
