Bij VDL Energy Systems bouw je mee aan innovatieve batterijsystemen en help je onze inkooporganisatie verder professionaliseren. Samen met je collega zorg je dat de juiste componenten op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en werk je aan een toekomstbestendige leveranciersstrategie. Jouw rol als tactisch inkoper Als Tactisch Inkoper koop je niet alleen componenten in voor onze batterijsystemen. Je draagt ook actief bij aan de energietransitie van fossiele brandstoffen naar duurzame energie. Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van techniek, commercie en leveranciersmanagement. Je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse inkoopbehoefte en denkt actief mee over de optimale leveranciersstrategie. Je werkt in een groeiende organisatie waar de inkoopafdeling wordt uitgebouwd. Nu ligt de tactische inkoop bij één collega, daarom zoeken we versterking van iemand die zelfstandig werkt en ook graag samenwerkt. - Je selecteert, beoordeelt en ontwikkelt leveranciers - Je onderhandelt over prijs-, kwaliteits- en leveringsafspraken - Je stelt leverancierscontracten op, beheert en bewaakt ze - Je signaleert risico's en kansen binnen de leveranciersketen - Je ontwikkelt en voert tactische inkoopstrategieën uit - Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van techniek, operations en projectteams - Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het inkoopproces Wat je meebrengt - HBO werk- en denkniveau - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen tactische inkoop - Affiniteit met techniek - Ervaring met onderhandelen en leveranciersmanagement - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Je bent analytisch sterk, houdt overzicht en weet hoe je leveranciers in beweging krijgt.
