Binnen Talent Consultancy richten we ons op consultancy-projecten in co-creatie met de klant en op maat van de organisatie. Als strategische talentpartner ondersteunen we bij het aligneren van mensen en talent-processen op de bedrijfsstrategie.

Als Talent Consultant werk je actief mee aan projecten bij klanten rond uiteenlopende talentvraagstukken en neem je hier je **verantwoordelijkheid** in op.

Je combineert **inhoudelijke expertise** met **klantgericht denken** en bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner.

Je neemt deel aan klantprojecten en draagt bij aan kwalitatieve en onderbouwde oplossingen.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je voeling met de **commerciële** kant van de rol door mee na te denken over de noden van de klant en te helpen bij het vormgeven van tenders en offertes. **Verantwoordelijk en resultaatgericht**: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk en zorgt dat je klanten altijd centraal staan. Met jouw flexibele aanpak boek je resultaten.

**Communicatief sterk**: Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet mensen mee te nemen op een constructieve en respectvolle manier, zowel intern als extern.

**Inhoudelijk sterk:** Je beschikt over (een sterke) inhoudelijke kennis van Talent Management en transformatie projecten. Hierdoor kan je vlot meewerken aan projecten, mee waken over de kwaliteit en inhoudelijk bijdragen aan klantgesprekken.

**Ervaren professional**: met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen Talent Management, HR-consultancy of een aanverwant domein, weet jij hoe je impact maakt.

**Timemanagement** **kent weinig geheimen**: je weet vlot jouw prioriteiten en die van de organisatie te beheren.
