Functie omschrijving Voor onze klant, een gevestigde speler binnen de uitzendsector met een sterk lokaal netwerk van kantoren verspreid over België, zoeken we een Team Captain. Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit mensen begeleiden, commerciële resultaten behalen én een kantoor verder uitbouwen? Dan kan dit wel eens jouw volgende uitdaging zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Team Captain ben je de drijvende kracht achter jouw kantoor en team. Je combineert commerciële flair met people management en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten, kandidaten als collega's op jou kunnen rekenen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten aantrekken.
  • Relaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen bij bestaande klanten.
  • Kandidaten interviewen, selecteren en matchen met de juiste vacatures.
  • Het volledige uitzendproces mee opvolgen van A tot Z.
  • Career Consultants begeleiden, coachen en motiveren.
  • De dagelijkse werking van het kantoor organiseren en optimaliseren.
  • De commerciële doelstellingen en rendabiliteit van het kantoor bewaken.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere groei van jouw kantoor en team.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen sales, rekrutering of uitzendwerk.
  • Een bacheloropleiding is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van resultaten behalen.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator die gemakkelijk contacten legt.
  • Je durft prospecten en klanten telefonisch te benaderen.
  • Je luistert actief en weet snel de juiste match te maken tussen kandidaat en werkgever.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt als een ondernemer.
