Aktuell suchen wir 1 Team Lead Data Platforms (m/w/d)

#yourmission

* Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams Data Platforms und steuerst dessen Weiterentwicklung in Richtung einer modernen, global skalierbaren Datenplattform.

* Du entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden weiter, förderst ihre fachlichen Stärken und bereitest das Team aktiv auf zukünftige strategische Anforderungen vor.

* Du verantwortest die Harmonisierung und zentrale Bereitstellung von Daten über alle Produkte und Systeme hinweg.

* Du leitest die Transition hin zu einer globalen Open Data Platform und entwickelst deren Architektur, Standards und Betriebsmodelle weiter.

* Du etablierst eine zentrale Datendrehscheibe (Data as a Service), die unternehmensweit konsistenten, sicheren und performanten Datenzugriff ermöglicht.

* Du treibst die Vereinheitlichung von Datenmodellen, Datenverarbeitung und Datenerfassung voran und sorgst für durchgängige Datenqualität.

* Du entwickelst einheitliche Data Contracts und API-Strategien für sämtliche Datenzugriffe im Unternehmen.

* Du orchestrierst die Integration existierender datengetriebener Lösungen in eine gemeinsame Plattformlandschaft für Daten, Modelle und Pipelines.

* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Architekt:innen, Enterprise Development, Customer Service sowie weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, um robuste und skalierbare Datenservices zu entwickeln.

* Du stellst Compliance, Security, Governance und hohe Verfügbarkeit aller von deinem Team verantworteten Datenservices und Produkten sicher.

* Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams im Bereich Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Softwareentwicklung oder Cloud-Plattformen.

* Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln und Entscheidungen klar begründen.

* Du bist vertraut mit agilen Methoden und DevOpsorientierten Arbeitsweisen.

* Du kannst Ziele setzen, Prioritäten klar machen und dein Team motivieren, diese gemeinsam zu erreichen.

* Du sprichst ausgezeichnet Deutsch und Englisch.

* Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Stakeholdern aus Produktmanagement, Customer Service & Operations, IT-Teams und Managementebene.
