Team Operator Beschrijving Voor onze PVC-productielocatie op Chemelot zoeken we enthousiaste collega's die willen meebouwen aan een nieuw hoofdstuk voor de plant, samen met zo'n 700 collega's in Belgisch Limburg en Noord-Frankrijk. Jouw rol Als Teamoperator werk je binnen de chemische industrie in een 5-ploegendienst. Je bent actief in de volledige fabrieksinstallatie en maakt deel uit van een hecht team waarin je afwisselende taken uitvoert. Je bent breed inzetbaar en speelt een belangrijke rol in het veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je bedient installaties, machines en apparatuur volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en fabrieksprocedures. Jouw doel: een stabiel en veilig productieproces en een eindproduct (PVC) dat voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. - Je bewaakt en inspecteert het productieproces, de installaties en de procesparameters. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het PVC-product voldoet aan de gestelde specificaties. - Je signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt actie om storingen te voorkomen of te verhelpen, in overleg met de Shift Supervisor, meetkameroperator en collega's. - Je neemt tijdig maatregelen om onveilige situaties te voorkomen. - Je voert bedieningswerkzaamheden uit bij het opstarten, stilleggen en omstellen van procesonderdelen en apparatuur. - Je bereidt onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor en zorgt dat installaties veilig vrijgemaakt worden. - Je treedt op als brand- en veiligheidswacht wanneer nodig. - Je houdt de werkplek en installaties schoon en netjes. - Je begeleidt interne en externe partijen bij werkzaamheden in de fabriek. - Je werkt in een industriële omgeving met fysieke activiteiten en wisselende omstandigheden. - Je rapporteert aan de Shift Supervisor.
