The posting

Arktos is een Vlaams expertisecentrum voor kinderen en jongeren tussen 6 en 25 jaar, voor wie de aansluiting op school, werk en samenleving minder evident blijkt. Toch zien we een kracht in elk van hen. Door hen met zichzelf en hun omgeving te verbinden willen we hen versterken in hun talenten en vaardigheden, in alle mogelijke levensdomeinen. Daarnaast ondersteunen we ouders, scholen, partners en overheden bij het omkaderen van deze kinderen en jongeren. Ook in het beleid laten we ons kritisch optimisme horen waar nodig of gewenst.

Functieomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking en toekomstgerichte ontwikkeling van je team. Je ondersteunt en coacht vormingswerkers op team- en individueel niveau, en zorgt dat zij hun opdracht kwaliteitsvol kunnen uitvoeren binnen de doelstellingen van Arktos. De invulling van deze functie evolueert mee met de maturiteit en groei van de teams. Je rol past zich aan naargelang de fase van teamontwikkeling en de mate van zelforganisatie.

  • Coachend leiderschap: je ondersteunt medewerkers in hun groei en stimuleert eigenaarschap.
  • Teamontwikkeling: je hebt inzicht in teamdynamieken en begeleidt teams in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Situationeel leiderschap: je past je aanpak aan op basis van de noden en maturiteit van het team.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je communiceert helder en verbindend met diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisatie- en resultaatsgerichtheid: je bewaakt doelstellingen, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Netwerken en samenwerken: je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met partners en opdrachtgevers.
  • Analytisch vermogen: je kan signalen en resultaten interpreteren en vertalen naar acties.
  • Veranderingsgerichtheid: je begeleidt teams doorheen veranderingen en stimuleert innovatie.

Je hebt ervaring met het coachen van en/of leidinggeven aan teams en individuen

Je kan mensen motiveren, inspireren, aansturen en coachen.

Je kan visie ontwikkelen en deze in de praktijk brengen.

Je werkt planmatig, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht.

Je begrijpt hoe netwerken tot stand komen en kan deze zelf uitbouwen en regisseren.

Je kan je vinden in onze missie (kern, tools en DNA).

Je bent gepassioneerd door onze werking en doelgroep.

Je beschikt over uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.

Je beweegt je vlot in een complexe organisatie en je voelt je betrokken bij de organisatie in de breedte.

Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen doorheen de regio en beschikt over een rijbewijs B
