Arcor is een stabiel maatwerkbedrijf, vandaag 60 jaar jong en gevestigd in Ronse waar er 130 collega’s dagelijks aan de slag gaan.

Arcor Groenbeheer is een afdeling binnen onze organisatie die een sterke dienstverlening aanbiedt: periodiek groenonderhoud, duurzaam en ecologisch beheer, terrein- en omgevingszorg en strategisch advies.

Om ons te helpen groeien zoeken wij nog een Teamcoach Arcor Groenbeheer.

Wij zoeken een teamcoach die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Jouw maturiteit vertaalt zich in een natuurlijke autoriteit die gebaseerd is op kennis en wederzijds respect, niet op hiërarchie. Je bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor onze klanten en een vertrouwensfiguur voor je team.

Taakomschrijving:

· Leiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van een team van 4 tot 6 maatwerkers

· Instaan voor de taakverdeling in het team, rekening houdend met de sterktes en beperkingen van alle maatwerkers binnen jouw groep, je werkt zelf ook mee als trekker.

· Luisteren naar en motiveren van je team, je streeft naar een stabiele arbeidscontext waarbij iedereen zich goed voelt in het team

· Opvolgen van de goede staat en werking van het materiaal en machines.

· Praktische en veilige organisatie van het werk op de werf.

· Samen met je team realiseer je het gewenste eindresultaat.

Profiel

· Je bent een positief ingesteld met sterke sociale vaardigheden

· Als mensgerichte begeleider toon je oprechte bezorgdheid voor het algemene welzijn van je teamleden

· Je biedt de nodige structuur en veiligheid zodat je team optimaal kan functioneren

· Je pakt eigenaarschap over je opdrachten, komt afspraken na en voelt je persoonlijk verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle afronding

· Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring opgebouwd in een groendienst van stad of gemeente, of in een tuinbouwbedrijf, of als zelfstandige tuinaannemer, of als begeleider bij Groenactiviteiten in een maatwerkbedrijf.

· Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (BE is een bonus) en je gaat samen met je team dagelijks op weg met een bedrijfsvoertuig waarvan jij de bestuurder bent.

· Je kan opdrachten van groenonderhoud veilig en kwaliteitsvol uitvoeren op het terrein
