Als Teamlead Inkoop besteed je het grootste deel van je tijd aan het uitvoeren van complexe inkooptrajecten en leveranciersmanagement. Daarnaast stuur je het inkoopteam van 5 medewerkers aan en ondersteun je medewerkers bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamlead Inkoop ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het inkoopteam en zorg je ervoor dat materialen, diensten, materieel en onderaannemers tijdig en tegen de juiste voorwaarden beschikbaar zijn voor onze projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, leveranciers en interne stakeholders en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het realiseren van onze projectdoelstellingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en aansturen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het inkoopteam; - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - Uitvoeren van complexe inkooptrajecten en contractonderhandelingen; - Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van relaties met strategische leveranciers; - Bewaken van leveranciersprestaties en contractafspraken; - Adviseren van projectteams en management over inkoopvraagstukken; - Signaleren en realiseren van verbeteringen binnen processen en werkwijzen; - Opstellen van analyses, rapportages en managementinformatie; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de inkoopfunctie binnen Verwater.
