Deine Rolle bei x-tention * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams - fachlich sowie auf persönlicher Ebene * Förderung der Mitarbeiter durch gezieltes People Development und regelmäßiges Coaching * Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität im laufenden Betrieb * Operative Steuerung des Teams inklusive Ressourcen- und Auslastungsmanagement * Steuerung und Monitoring relevanter KPIs zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Service-Performance * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Service-Management-Prozessen, insbesondere im Bereich Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management * Gewährleistung einer einheitlichen Prozessanwendung sowie einer qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung definierter Standards * Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, Stakeholdern und dem Management zur Sicherstellung gemeinsamer Zielerreichung * Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit ins Headquarter nach Wels
