Als Interim Teamlead Risico Analyse ligt je belangrijkste focus op de implementatie, borging en verdere doorontwikkeling van een nieuw risicoanalyseproces binnen Asset Management. Daarnaast geef je tijdelijk leiding aan een team van zes risicoanalisten en begeleid je hen tijdens de verandering. Werkzaamheden: - Implementeren, borgen en verder ontwikkelen van het nieuwe risicoanalyseproces en de bijbehorende werkwijze - Zorgen dat de nieuwe methodiek effectief wordt toegepast door betrokken stakeholders - Bewaken van voortgang, stellen van prioriteiten en organiseren van tijdige besluitvorming - Tijdelijk operationeel en inhoudelijk aansturen en begeleiden van het team Risico Analyse - Geven van persoonlijke aandacht en individuele sturing en versterken van samenwerking en teambuilding Een uitgebreider functieprofiel en meer achtergrondinformatie over de organisatie en afdeling is voorhanden. Wat neem je mee? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technisch/bestuurlijke richting - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als teamleider binnen netbeheer, infra of aannemerij - Aantoonbare relevante ervaring met implementatie, borging en verdere doorontwikkeling van nieuwe processen en bijbehorende werkwijzen - Ervaring als leidinggevende van teams met specialisten en sterk in people management - Resultaatgericht, communicatief vaardig en in staat om richting te geven binnen een complexe stakeholderomgeving - Kennis van Stedin en de afdeling Asset Management - Aantal uren: 20 uur per wee...
