* führst, coachst und entwickelst unser Software-Engineering-Team fachlich und persönlich weiter und packst bei wichtigen Projekten teilweise selbst mit an

* gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere Software-, Automatisierungs- und Steuerungsarchitekturen und sorgst dafür, dass erfolgreiche Lösungen international eingesetzt werden können

* treibst den bestehenden Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen und Entwicklungsagenten im täglichen Software Engineering voran und setzt neue Möglichkeiten gemeinsam mit dem Team praktisch um

* stellst durch klare Entwicklungsstandards, automatisierte Tests, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und geeignete Sicherheitsmaßnahmen die Qualität und den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Softwarelösungen sicher

* priorisierst Projekte und Aufgaben, steuerst Ressourcen und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern an konkreten Lösungen für unsere Betriebsprozesse

WIR

* suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die Menschen entwickeln, Orientierung geben und technische Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar vermitteln kann

* setzen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung voraus

* bauen auf ein fundiertes Verständnis von höheren Programmiersprachen, Softwarearchitekturen, Datenbanken sowie Qualität und Security

* sehen Erfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik, beispielsweise mit Siemens TIA Portal, als Vorteil

* brauchen eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Projekte und Ressourcen strukturiert steuert und Entscheidungen trifft

* erwarten kompetente Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
