Het team business transformatie realiseert de digitale transformatie van VIVES: van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie en opvolging. Het team werkt op het kruispunt van business analyse, data & AI, applicatieontwikkeling & integratie en projectmanagement. Het vertaalt complexe businessnoden naar haalbare en duurzame oplossingen in processen, systemen en data.

In nauwe samenwerking met diensten, opleidingen en andere IT-teams zorgt het voor gedragen keuzes en werkbare realisaties met aantoonbare meerwaarde voor en impact op de organisatie. Zo draagt het team concreet bij aan efficiëntere processen, betere datagedreven sturing en duurzame digitale verandering binnen VIVES.

Functieomschrijving

- Je geeft nabij en verbindend leiding aan het team, motiveert en coacht medewerkers en stimuleert betrokkenheid, eigenaarschap, professionele ontwikkeling en welzijn binnen een positieve teamdynamiek. - Je versterkt de performantie en resultaatsgerichtheid van het team door een duidelijke aansturing, in lijn met de organisatiewaarden en gedragen door een kwaliteitsvolle HR-cyclus voor jouw medewerkers. - Je neemt een actieve business partner rol op en vertaalt noden uit diensten en opleidingen naar haalbare analyses, projecten en implementaties. - Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan over business analyse, data & AI, applicatieontwikkeling & integratie en projectmanagement. - Je brengt structuur in intake, prioritering, planning en opvolging van wijzigingen, projecten en verbeterinitiatieven. - Je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een samenhangende end-to-end werking van intake, analyse, ontwerp, realisatie en opvolging, met focus op businesswaarde en duurzame implementatie. - Je zorgt voor sterke afstemming tussen business, IT en andere stakeholders over applicaties, data, rapportering, integraties, automatisering en AI.

- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. - Als people manager geef je richting aan het team, stel je duidelijke verwachtingen en breng je mensen in beweging. Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan met expertise in businessanalyse, data en AI, applicatieontwikkeling en -integratie en projectmanagement, en doet dit op een geloofwaardige en verbindende manier. Vanuit je brede inhoudelijke bagage vertaal je complexe businessnoden naar haalbare, schaalbare oplossingen met een aantoonbare meerwaarde voor de organisatie. - Je bewaakt het overzicht en de prioriteiten en stuurt doelgericht op focus, haalbaarheid en effectieve realisatie van waarde. Daarbij schakel je vlot tussen strategisch niveau, waar je mee richting geeft aan architectuur en roadmap, tactisch niveau met aandacht voor planning en prioriteiten, en operationeel niveau waar je de realisatie en opvolging verzekert. - In je rol verbind je business, IT en faciliteer je constructieve samenwerking en IT projecten, ook wanneer belangen uiteenlopen. - Je beschikt over een sterke achtergrond in IT, technologie, data en innovatie en kan nieuwe evoluties, zoals AI, kritisch beoordelen en vertalen naar concrete en waardevolle toepassingen binnen de organisatie. - Je voldoet aan de taalvereisten hoger onderwijs of bent bereid om dit te verwerven. Indien je over een buitenlands diploma beschikt, met uitzondering van Nederland, dient een gelijkwaardigheidsattest van NARIC (www.naric.be) toegevoegd te worden.
