The posting

Voor een wereldwijd bekende en sterk expanderende speler in de voedingsindustrie is onze klant voor de site in de regio Lembeke op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Productie. In deze leidinggevende rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een productieafdeling in volle groei. Je fungeert als een inspirerende coach op de werkvloer en bewaakt samen met jouw team de operationele objectieven. Je rapporteert in deze functie rechtstreeks aan de Unitmanager.

  • Coachen, ontwikkelen, motiveren en inspireren van een team van een 30-tal operatoren op de werkvloer.
  • Zorgdragen voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde objectieven met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, output en rendement.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van lopende teamacties en het garanderen van een vlekkeloze, gestructureerde ploegoverdracht.
  • Actief overleggen met collega-teamleaders en deelnemen aan cross-functionele meetings met ondersteunende diensten (zoals Quality, Planning en R&D).
  • Verzorgen van diverse administratieve taken, waaronder het beheren en aanpassen van de personeelsplanning.
  • Signaleren, registreren en accuraat rechtzetten van eventuele productieafwijkingen.
  • Begeleiden, ondersteunen en stimuleren van het productieteam bij het initiëren en realiseren van continue procesverbeteringen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je kunt buigen op een aantoonbare en succesvolle leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of een gelijkaardige industriële sector.
  • Je typeert jezelf als een enthousiaste en betrokken coach met uitstekende luister- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je beschikt over een scherpe analytische geest en sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden om operationele uitdagingen snel aan te pakken.
  • Een uitstekende en vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk.
  • Je bent computervaardig en kunt vlot overweg met MS Excel; ervaring met het ERP-systeem SAP is een zeer sterke troef.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vast tweeploegenstelsel (afwisselend van 05u00 tot 13u00 en van 13u00 tot 21u00).
