Werk je graag in een productieomgeving waar alles goed georganiseerd is en waar je samen met je team resultaten neerzet? In deze functie groei je stap voor stap in een leidinggevende rol. Je staat er niet alleen voor: samen met de meestergast zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling draait zoals het hoort.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en volgt geautomatiseerde afvul- en verpakkingslijnen op.
  • Je ondersteunt de meestergast in de dagelijkse organisatie van de afdeling.
  • Je begeleidt en leidt nieuwe collega’s op de werkvloer op. In totaal stuur je een team aan van 25 collega's. Hiervoor stem je de productieplanning af met de personeelsplanning.
  • Je voert eerste technische interventies uit en schakelt met de technische dienst.
  • Je rapporteert productiegegevens en ziet toe op veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieuregels.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een internationaal familiebedrijf binnen de voedingssector. Ondanks de grootte blijft de sfeer nuchter en collegiaal. Iedereen kent elkaar en helpt elkaar vooruit. De focus ligt op kwaliteit, duidelijke werking en een stabiele toekomst.

  • Je bent vlot met computergestuurde machines.
  • Ervaring in productie, idealiter in een coördinerende rol.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en stuurt mensen op een correcte manier aan.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal.
