Als teamleader productie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter jouw team. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt én dat je medewerkers gemotiveerd en goed ondersteund aan de slag kunnen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden en coachen een team van operatoren en lijnverantwoordelijken, met aandacht voor hun ontwikkeling en prestaties.
  • Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s.
  • Bijspringen waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij personeelstekort of technische problemen.
  • Opstellen werkplanningen en opleidingsschema’s en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met ondersteunende afdelingen om processen vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Verzorgen het onthaal en de begeleiding van nieuwe teamleden tijdens hun inwerkperiode.
  • Ontwikkelen van duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies in overleg met het team, de productiemanager en de preventiedienst.
  • Evaluatiegesprekken voeren met medewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun groei.
  • Je ziet toe op de veiligheid op de werkvloer en zorgt voor naleving van alle wettelijke en interne voorschriften (inclusief HACCP en hygiënevoorschriften).
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager.

Tijdens je inwerkperiode werk je eerst in een 2-ploegenstelsel (06u-14u & 14u-22u). Nadien start je definitief in de weekendpost.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Je beschikt over natuurlijk leiderschap en weet mensen te motiveren, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen
  • Je communiceert helder, eenvoudig en op een nuchtere manier
  • Je bent een betrouwbare teamspeler met een sterke focus op resultaat
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
