Schuilt er een natuurlijke leider in jou met een hart voor productie? Als teamleader stuur je een team aan en coördineer je het logistieke proces hiervan, daarnaast zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte werking.

  • Dagelijks stuur je een team aan van 3 - 5 medewerkers
  • De opvolging en aansturing over het laden en lossen van de vrachten volgens planning wordt door jou verzorgd alsook de coördinatie van het bakkenmagazijn
  • Zodra het product gelost is zorg je voor een efficiënte, propere en veilige werking
  • Zowel naar de teamleden als naar de partners toe communiceer je correct en vlot
  • De dagelijkse activiteiten volgens planning volg je op en organiseer je, zodat dit tot een succesvol einde kan komen
  • Je coacht, ondersteunt en motiveert jouw medewerkers zodat ze kunnen groeien en plezier vinden in hun job
  • Wanneer nodig organiseer je opleidingen en overlegmomenten met het team
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de werking over alle ploegen heen goed op elkaar is afgestemd
  • Een team aansturen binnen een productie omgeving, daar heb jij reeds ervaring mee. Met andere woorden: leiding geven vormt voor jou geen struikelblok
  • Resultaten neerzetten met jouw team? Daar hou je van! Steeds rekening houdend met de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels
  • Gedreven en enthousiast zijn twee woorden die jou kunnen omschrijven
  • Werken met een computer is voor jou geen issue, MS Office of andere computerpakketten, je kan er vlot mee overweg
  • Zowel geschreven als gesproken kan je je uitdrukken in het Nederlands, dit is belangrijk omwille van het contact met de collega's en partners
