Wat ga je doen?

Als teamleader techniek wordt je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, coördineren en optimaliseren van het onderhoud van machines en installaties binnen de organisatie. Je stuurt hierbij het onderhoudsteam aan en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen en problemen. Je komt terecht in een toonaangevend bedrijf van ventilatie-, warmtepomp en klimaatinstallaties.

Jouw taken zijn o.a.:

  • Je plant, coördineert en optimaliseert het onderhoud van machines en installaties
  • Je stuurt het team van techniekers aan, verdeelt de taken, coacht, motiveert en volgt op.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen en zorgt voor een snelle en doeltreffende oplossing.
  • Je bouwt het preventief onderhoudsprogramma verder uit en denkt na over efficiënties.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige wisselstukken en materialen steeds beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart van nieuwe installaties en stelt onderhoudsinstructies op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten richting van elektromechanica of aanverwant
  • Je kan idealiter een eerste ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige rol
  • Je ben technisch sterk onderlegd in o.a. mechanica, elektriciteit en elektronica.
  • Leidinggeven gaat je goed af waardoor je een team kan motiveren en enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en zet door om doelstellingen te behalen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van AutoCAD, MS Office en idealiter ook Power BI
