Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Deventer werken ruim 300 medewerkers dagelijks aan het coördineren van hulp en klantcontact, zowel in Nederland als internationaal. De dienstverlening van VHD richt zich op vier business lines: Mobiliteit & Service, Reis & Zorg, Reparatie & Onderhoud en PAC (beveiliging). Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en ontwikkeling van je team. Daarbij zorg je voor duidelijkheid, structuur en een prettige werkomgeving. Je bent actief bezig met kwaliteitsmonitoring en gebruikt gesprekken uit de praktijk om medewerkers gericht te helpen in hun gespreksvaardigheden. Momenteel liggen er een aantal concrete uitdagingen. Zo wil VHD onder andere het verzuim en verloop verder terugbrengen en het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers beter structureren. Jij kijkt goed naar wat er al staat, waar verbetering nodig is en hoe je daar samen met het team stappen in kunt zetten. Naast de dagelijkse aansturing werk je mee aan projecten en draai je trafficdiensten. Je hoeft dus niet overal zelf vooraan te staan, maar bent wel iemand die overzicht houdt, verantwoordelijkheid pakt en zaken daadwerkelijk afmaakt. De omgeving is dynamisch: hulpvragen stoppen niet om 17.00 uur.
