Teamleider commerciële binnendienst Arnhem 40 - 40 uur €4000 - €5000 Functieomschrijving Als Teamleider Commerciële Binnendienst bij CRV in Arnhem combineer je klantenservice met coaching en verbetering. Een mooie volgende stap wanneer je wil bouwen aan een team en verantwoordelijkheid wilt pakken. Je stuurt het binnendienstteam aan, maar staat zelf ook midden in de praktijk. Je helpt collega's bij klantvragen, bewaakt resultaten en kijkt continu hoe werkzaamheden efficiënter kunnen. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om processen te optimaliseren en te onderzoeken hoe AI en slimme automatisering kunnen helpen bij bijvoorbeeld klantopvolging en administratie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Teamleider Commerciële Binnendienst: - Begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van een team van +/- 30 collega's - Bewaken van commerciële resultaten, klantopvolging en werkverdeling - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen - Onderzoeken hoe AI en automatisering werkzaamheden slimmer en efficiënter kunnen maken De opdrachtgever CRV is een internationale organisatie, gespecialiseerd in rundveeverbetering. Met een rijke geschiedenis in de agrarische sector en een sterke focus op innovatie, ondersteunt CRV melkveehouders wereldwijd met genetica, data-oplossingen en praktijkgerichte adviezen. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Arnhem werken ze dagelijks aan het verbeteren van diergezondheid, melkproductie en duurzaamheid op boerderijen.
