Als Teamleider Engineering ben jij de spil tussen het engineeringteam en de projectorganisatie. Je stuurt een team van ervaren engineers aan die werken aan de meest uiteenlopende en technisch complexe projecten. Van het ontwerpen van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties tot het ontwikkelen van slimme energiebeheersystemen en circulaire bouwoplossingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jullie niet alleen technisch excellente ontwerpen opleveren, maar ook dat deze binnen planning en budget worden gerealiseerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de engineeringproducten en bewaakt de voortgang van alle lopende projecten. Daarnaast coach en ontwikkel je jouw teamleden, zodat zij zich continu kunnen verbeteren en groeien in hun vakmanschap. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders om te zorgen dat ontwerpen naadloos aansluiten op de praktijk. Ook ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten als het gaat om technische vraagstukken en innovatieve oplossingen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Aansturen en coachen van een team van engineers; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en budget van engineeringprojecten; - Vertalen van klantwensen naar technische ontwerpen en specificaties; - Zorgen voor kennisdeling en continue verbetering binnen het team; - Samenwerken met projectleiders en andere disciplines; - Bijdragen aan innovatie en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe technische oplossingen; - Signaleren van kansen en risico's in projecten.
