Je stuurt op de realisatie van de afgesproken doelstellingen, waaronder het aantal uitvoeringen, de bezettingsgraad en de financiële ontwikkeling. Daarbij heb je oog voor groeikansen en spin-off vanuit bestaande klanten, deelnemers en het bestaande portfolio. Je zorgt voor een optimale kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve personele bezetting, stelt prioriteiten en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de uitvoering. Je coacht collega's in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, voert de gesprekken binnen de functioneringscyclus en draagt zorg voor verzuimpreventie en -begeleiding.
