In deze sleutelrol combineer je jouw technische vakkennis met leiderschap: je stuurt de lassers aan op de werkvloer, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde laswerken en werkt zelf actief mee aan de realisatie van de projecten. Ben jij een ervaren lasser met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands? Heb je bovendien een natuurlijke flair voor het aansturen en motiveren van een team? Dan biedt deze functie jou de ideale mix van technische uitdaging en leidinggevende impact binnen een stabiele en innovatieve werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de productie van warme lucht generatoren vertrekkende van vlakke plaat tot afgewerkt en geschilderd product
  • Binnen jouw functie neem jij de leiding over jouw team van 3/4 lassers en stuur jij hen aan tijdens het productieproces
  • Indien je hiervoor openstaat werk je ook op regelmatige basis mee inzake het uittekenen van deze producten
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug binnen een functie als lasser
  • Je hebt sterke leidinggevende skills en bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Je spreekt omwille van veiligheid en communicatie vlot Nederlands
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en draagt stiptheid en nauwkeurigheid hoog in het vandaal
