Interim Teamleider Risicoanalyse | YOUSEEQ for business Switch to talents De energietransitie verandert de energienetten van Stedin ingrijpend. Door de groei van elektrisch vervoer, elektrificatie van de industrie, nieuwe gassen in de netten, woningen zonder gas en duurzame energieopwekking breiden de netten uit. Tegelijk ontstaan risico's voor de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van energie. Het team Risicoanalyse, onderdeel van de afdeling Risico, Portfolio & Demand, brengt deze risico's in kaart, analyseert knelpunten en ontwikkelt modellen die helpen bij investerings- en onderhoudskeuzes. Voor deze tijdelijke opdracht, ter overbrugging van zwangerschapsverlof, ligt de nadruk op de implementatie, borging en verdere doorontwikkeling van een nieuw risicoanalyseproces en de bijbehorende werkwijze binnen Asset Management. Circa 70% van de inzet is gericht op deze veranderopgave; maximaal 30% betreft de tijdelijke operationele en inhoudelijke aansturing van het team, ondersteunend aan de implementatie. Deze combinatie is nodig omdat de specialistische kennis en ervaring hiervoor momenteel niet binnen de organisatie beschikbaar is. Als teamleider zorg je dat het team - zes zeer ervaren en medior risicoanalisten - aan de belangrijkste onderwerpen werkt, en begeleid je hen in hun groei. De focus ligt op persoonlijke aandacht, individuele sturing en teambuilding, naast het monitoren van resultaten, het tijdig laten nemen van besluiten door de juiste collega's, en het hijsen van een rode vlag waar nodig. Wat ga je doen? - Je implementeert en borgt een nieuw risicoanalyseproces en de bijbehorende werkwijze binnen Asset Management. - Je zorgt dat de nieuwe methodiek effectief wordt toegepast door de betrokken stakeholders in de organisatie. - Je stuurt het team Risicoanalyse tijdelijk operationeel en inhoudelijk aan, ondersteunend aan de implementatieopgave. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, stelt prioriteiten en organiseer...
