Bij deze club krijg je de vrijheid om impact te maken, teams te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider services geef je dagelijks leiding aan het 1e- en 2e-lijns servicedeskteam in Eindhoven (7 medewerkers) . Dit team ondersteunt klanten bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken, lost storingen op en zorgt ervoor dat IT-omgevingen optimaal blijven functioneren. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de huidige teamlead van de 1e- en 2e-lijns servicedesk in Heesch, onderdeel van de zusterorganisatie. Samen zorg je voor meer synergie, uniforme processen en een optimale dienstverlening. Deze functie is meer dan alleen leidinggeven. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, fungeert als technisch sparringpartner voor je team bij complexe IT-vraagstukken en bent de drijvende kracht achter verbeteringen. Je helpt het team vooruit, optimaliseert processen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Deze functie biedt veel perspectief. Je start met de aansturing van het servicedeskteam in Eindhoven en werkt nauw samen met de teamlead in Heesch. Op termijn krijg je de mogelijkheid om ook daar de leiding op je te nemen en verder door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Dagelijks leidinggeven aan het servicedeskteam in Eindhoven en collega's motiveren, coachen en begeleiden. - Nauw samenwerken met de teamlead in Heesch en de samenwerking tussen beide servicedesks versterken. - Bouwen aan uniforme processen en werkwijzen op beide locaties. - Bewaken van de voortgang, prioriteren en verdelen van werkzaamheden. - Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van tickets en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. - Oppakken van klachten en escalaties. - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor de 1e- en 2e-lijns servicedesk. - Verbet...
