Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeplanung, zur Verstärkung unseres nachhaltigen Unternehmenswachstums, besetzen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Position als 1 Teamleiter Türen (m/w/d) Vollzeit in Traun

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Verantwortung für das Team Türen mit dem Ziel, in 4-5 Jahren die Nachfolge des derzeitigen Teamleiters zu übernehmen

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs und einer hohen Produktqualität

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und der Geschäftsführung

* Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung strategischer Unternehmensziele

IHR PROFIL

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Holzbranche, idealerweise im Bereich Türen

* Führungserfahrung oder eine starke Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktion und im Vertrieb von Türen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit

* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
