Ab sofort suchen wir Sie an unserem Standort Schwoich bei Kufstein in Vollzeit als TeamleiterIn 1 Teamleitung Testing und Validation (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für den Bereich Testing & Validation in den Fachgebieten Leistungselektronik, Kommunikation sowie Steuerungstechnik

* Strategische Planung, Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von Validierungs- und Testkonzepten im Unternehmen

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Mitarbeitenden

* Planung, Steuerung und Priorisierung der Teamaufgaben

* Sicherstellung der Qualität, Normenkonformität und Dokumentation der Validierungs- und Testergebnisse

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und weiteren Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie erste Führungserfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testmethoden und Testautomatisierung

* Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Test- und Fehlermanagement-Tools, relevanten Normen sowie Grundlagen der Softwareentwicklung

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Erfahrung in der strukturierten Dokumentation zur Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
