Oosterhout · Op locatie Technical Manager Reageer op deze vacature In onze fabriek in Oosterhout produceren we dagelijks gipskartonplaten voor de bouw. Achter iedere plaat zit een productieproces waarin mensen, techniek en continuïteit samenkomen. Als Technical Manager geef jij richting aan de technische organisatie achter dat proces. Een brede leiderschapsrol waarin techniek, people leadership en strategie samenkomen én waarin je volop ruimte krijgt om verder te bouwen aan onze fabriek in Oosterhout. Wat ga je doen? Als Technical Manager krijg je de ruimte om echt richting te geven aan de technische toekomst van onze fabriek. Samen met je team bepaal je waar we kunnen verbeteren, welke investeringen nodig zijn en hoe we onze technische organisatie verder ontwikkelen. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om installaties, juist ook om de mensen die het iedere dag waarmaken. We hebben inmiddels goede stappen gezet richting preventive en predictive maintenance. Aan jou om hier samen met het team op voort te bouwen en data steeds slimmer in te zetten. In deze rol: - geef je leiding aan de Technische Dienst en investeer je actief in talentontwikkeling, performance en eigenaarschap; - borg je samen de veiligheid, technische compliance, keuringen en audits; - bepaal je de technische strategie en vertaal je deze naar heldere prioriteiten, structuur en standaarden; - gebruik je data en inzicht in onze assets om keuzes over onderhoud en investeringen te onderbouwen; - draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze productielijnen, utilities, gebouwen en overige faciliteiten; - bepaal en bewaak je het technische budget (OpEx) en stuur je verbeteringen en investeringsprojecten (CapEx) aan; - geef je richting aan het technische Masterplan van de fabriek en de keuzes voor de langere termijn.
