Technical manager productiebedrijf – Vast contract ManpowerGroup is een specialist binnen werving- en selectie. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Met een absolute focus op onze kandidaat bieden we de boeiendste jobs aan met een onmiddellijk vast contract.

Wegens de groei van onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een technical manager om de leiding te nemen over het reilen en zeilen van de technische dienst, het machinepark en alle aankomende projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Als technical manager zal je verantwoordelijkheid nemen over:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je dagelijks een update verkrijgt over het machinepark en de geplande werkzaamheden.
  • Je gaat op basis van de prioriteiten en de productieplanning de taken van je team bepalen, dit zowel aan onderhouds- en storingstechnici als technisch specialisten.
  • Je doet er alles aan om met je team de technische doelstellingen en KPI’s te bereiken.
  • Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer om je teams te coachen, problemen in kaart te brengen, zaken op te volgen en feedback te geven.
  • Je zal de drijvende kracht zijn bij het verder uitbreiden en optimaliseren van het machinepark en de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je zal de directie en productieverantwoordelijken adviseren en informeren over alle aspecten van de technische dienst alsook de voorziene budgetten bewaken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma in technische of industriële richting en kan een eerste werkervaring voorleggen als technisch verantwoordelijke, technical- of maintenance manager.
  • Je hebt een hands-on en mensgerichte management stijl met een sterke passie en kennis voor alle aspecten van techniek.
  • Gezien de groei van het bedrijf ga je de strategische plannen updaten, waak je over de uitvoering van de onderhoudsplanning en volg je status van technische projecten nauw op.
  • Als persoon ben je communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans vormt een troef, en ben je een inspiratie voor je collega’s die ook veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • Je bent planmatig, toekomstgericht en je weet zowel naar de werkvloer als het directiecomité duidelijkheid te geven.
