We zoeken een Technical Manager die Technical Operations & Quality verder professionaliseert en uitbouwt.

Jouw rol

Je rapporteert aan de COO en stuurt techniek, engineering en kwaliteit aan. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstgericht machinepark en brengt structuur, prioriteiten en eigenaarschap in mensen, onderhoud en projecten.

Wat ga je doen? Je bouwt een sterke technische organisatie

  • Je creëert duidelijke rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en verwachtingen.
  • Technische, engineering- en kwaliteitsprofielen groeien onder jouw leiding in vakkennis, zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt dat technische kennis wordt gedeeld en geborgd.

Je professionaliseert onderhoud

  • Je bepaalt het onderhoudsbeleid en bewaakt prioriteiten en uitvoering.
  • Samen met het team bouw je preventief en curatief onderhoud verder uit en gebruik je storings- en onderhoudsdata om gericht te verbeteren.
  • Achterstallig onderhoud, kritieke onderdelen en stocknoden worden zichtbaar en beheersbaar.

Je bewaakt het machinepark

  • Je bepaalt welke machines kritisch zijn voor capaciteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Storingen, scrap, herwerking en klachten vertaal je naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je bouwt een roadmap rond onderhoud, upgrades, retrofits, herbouw en vervanging.

Je stuurt projecten en ontwikkelingen

  • Technische projecten en verbeteracties krijgen een duidelijke eigenaar, scope, timing en prioriteit.
  • Noden vanuit productie, product management en kwaliteit vertaal je naar technische oplossingen.
  • Daarbij bewaak je betrouwbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid, veiligheid, kwaliteit, kost en impact op productie.

Je stuurt kwaliteit mee aan

  • Via de Kwaliteitssupervisor bewaak je kwaliteitscontroles, afwijkingen, audits, complaints en CAPA.
  • Klantklachten worden onderzocht en vertaald naar structurele correctieve en preventieve acties.

Je bewaakt veiligheid en compliance

  • Machineveiligheid en technische risico’s neem je structureel mee in onderhoud, projecten en nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
  • Niet-conforme situaties worden geprioriteerd en consequent opgevolgd.

We zoeken een technisch mature leider die mensen, onderhoud, engineering en kwaliteit samenbrengt tot één sterker geheel.

Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk een ingenieursdiploma te hebben. Een bachelor elektromechanica, technische bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring kan perfect passend zijn.

Belangrijker is dat je technische maturiteit combineert met leiderschap, structuur, opvolging en het vermogen om sterke experten te laten samenwerken.

Je hebt ervaring in een technische productieomgeving en aantoonbare ervaring met maintenance management, technical operations, technische projectleiding, machinebouw, productieafwijkingen of kwaliteitssystemen.

Je weet wat het betekent om een technische dienst van reactief naar planmatig werken te brengen.

Dit typeert jou:

  • Je brengt rust, structuur en richting in technische complexiteit.
  • Technisch ben je sterk genoeg om specialisten aan te sturen, zonder zelf alles te moeten oplossen.
  • Experten laat je renderen en je zorgt dat kennis wordt gedeeld.
  • In systemen, processen, eigenaarschap en resultaat denken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Het verschil tussen een storing oplossen en een structureel probleem aanpakken, zie je duidelijk.
  • Ook in een omgeving waar meerdere technische, operationele en kwaliteitsgerichte thema’s tegelijk samenkomen, kan je prioriteiten stellen.
  • Met de vloer, productie, kwaliteit, COO en directie communiceer je duidelijk.
  • Daarbij kijk je tegelijk naar veiligheid, kwaliteit, kost, capaciteit, betrouwbaarheid en toekomstwaarde.
  • Met ervaren technische profielen kan je goed samenwerken en je laat hen groeien in zelfstandigheid, discipline en eigenaarschap.
