Technical Service Teamleader

De servicedesk groeit. Tickets, klanten, techniekers, verwachtingen.

Dat vraagt iemand die overzicht houdt wanneer het druk wordt. Iemand die keuzes maakt, knopen doorhakt en het team meeneemt. Niet vanop afstand, maar midden in de operatie.

Je combineert sterke administratieve vaardigheden met technische kennis.

Dankzij jouw inzicht kan je ter plaatse situaties beoordelen en duidelijk in kaart brengen, zodat onze techniekers en leveranciers met de juiste informatie aan de slag kunnen en correcte offertes kunnen opmaken.

De Technical Service Teamleader zal zich voornamelijk ontfermen over de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het managen van het Servicedesk team (3 personen)
  • Het onderhouden van de klantencontacten, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail,
  • De Aanmaak, het technisch voorbereiden en het opvolgen van de service request tickets in onze Ultimo Software,
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning,
  • Telefonische ondersteuning bieden aan de techniekers,
  • Input geven voor de opmaak, ondersteuning en opvolging van offertes,
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van collega-servicedeskmedewerkers waar nodig,
  • Je neemt ownership wanneer de leidinggevende extern actief is,
  • Je komt terecht in een beurtrolsysteem (1 week op 4) voor de wachtdienst,
  • Periodieke statusoverleg met toegewezen klanten/contracten.

Onze ideale kandidaat, hopelijk jijzelf, is iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft in het aansturen van een team (idealiter in een servicedesk - omgeving)
  • Een algemene technische affiniteit heeft en interesse toont in bouwtechnische en facilitaire toepassingen.
  • Administratief sterk is en vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) werkt
  • Zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de opvolging van klanten en tickets.
  • Een mondje Frans spreekt.
  • Prioriteiten stelt en proactief doorpakt in plaats van af te wachten.
  • De nodige maturiteit toont om de servicedesk te dragen wanneer de leidinggevende extern bezig is.
  • Vlot communiceert met zowel klanten als techniekers, en zonder schroom beslissingen neemt.
  • Graag in team werkt en zich dus profileert als een teamspeler,
