Als Technical Support Specialist speel jij daarin een centrale rol. Je kijkt verder dan een snelle oplossing: je duikt in de techniek, lost complexere vraagstukken op en zorgt ervoor dat de werkomgevingen van klanten betrouwbaar en stabiel blijven draaien. Naast het oplossen van meldingen ga je zelfstandig op pad voor mooie ICT-projecten op locatie bij de klant. Denk aan het invoeren van nieuwe systemen, het overzetten van data en het netjes inrichten van het beheer. Zowel voor klanten als voor je collega's ben jij een betrokken en deskundige vraagbaak op wie men kan bouwen. Wie zoeken wij? - Je luistert goed naar wat een klant nodig heeft; techniek is voor jou het middel, een tevreden gebruiker het doel.Je bijt je graag vast in een vraagstuk, documenteert je werk netjes en zorgt dat alles goed geborgd is. - Zelfstandig en alert: Je ziet waar zaken beter kunnen en pakt dit uit jezelf op. - Je brengt technische zaken helder over en overlegt makkelijk met klanten, collega's en leveranciers. - Als het even hectisch wordt, bewaar...
