Als Technical Assistant Utilities & Facilities ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van alle utility-installaties op de site.

Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen operations, maintenance, engineering, externe aannemers en leveranciers. De focus ligt zowel op technisch onderhoud, operationele opvolging, wettelijke conformiteit als de voortdurende optimalisatie van installaties en energiestromen. De functie is een combinatie van technische, organisatorische en administratieve taken.

Functie

Utilities & technische installaties

  • De medewerker staat in voor de opvolging van diverse utility-installaties en energiedragers, waaronder: Aardgasinstallaties. Persluchtinstallaties. Stikstofvoorzieningen. Industriële gassen. Smeer-, afval- en stookoliën. Chemische bulkproducten. Industriële koel- en verwarmingssystemen. Distributie- en opslagvoorzieningen van energiestromen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat deze installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en kostenefficiënt functioneren en bewaakt de toevoer tot aan de interne eindgebruikers.

Onderhoud & technische coördinatie

  • Je organiseert en coördineert onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Initieert en ondersteunt verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Volgt reparaties en vervangingsinvesteringen op.
  • Werkt nauw samen met Maintenance, Engineering en Production.
  • Ondersteunt bij risicoanalyses en HAZOP-studies.
  • Vervangt de Shift Supervisor Utilities & Facilities bij afwezigheid voor operationele taken en planning.

Administratieve opvolging

  • Opmaak en opvolging van bestelaanvragen.
  • Beheer van grond- en hulpstoffen.
  • Opvolging van certificeringen en inspecties.
  • Rapportering rond de prestaties van de installaties.
  • Opvolging van onderhoudsplanningen binnen het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (Ultimo).

Externe contacten

  • Uitvoeren van inspecties op geleverde materialen.
  • Bespreken van technische specificaties.
  • Opvolgen van externe contractors tijdens onderhouds- en verbeteringswerken.
  • Afstemmen van technische oplossingen met leveranciers.
  • Technische opleiding op minimaal TSO-niveau.
  • Kandidaten met een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een technische onderhouds- of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen procesindustrie, chemie, metaalindustrie, voeding, farma of utilities is een sterke troef.
  • De ideale kandidaat beschikt over een brede technische interesse en heeft kennis van één of meerdere van onderstaande domeinen: Industriële nutsvoorzieningen. Energiedragers en gassen. HVAC-installaties. Mechanisch onderhoud. Elektriciteit en AREI. Industriële installaties. Onderhoudsplanning. Technische inspecties. Constructiedossiers. Wetgeving en conformiteit van technische installaties.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen. Technisch probleemoplossend denken. Goede organisatorische vaardigheden. Zelfstandig kunnen werken. Natuurlijke coördinator. Communicatief sterk. Prioriteiten kunnen stellen. Stressbestendig. Teamspeler met hands-on mentaliteit.
