Pour l'un de ses clients actif dans le secteur des solutions techniques automatisées, Konvert recherche un technicien de maintenance et dépannage SAV pour renforcer une équipe technique dans la région de Comines-Warneton.

Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes techniques et recherchez une fonction variée mêlant mécanique, électricité, automatisation et contact client ?

Dans ce rôle, vous assurez le suivi technique d'installations automatisées et d'équipements de manutention. Vous intervenez aussi bien dans le cadre de la maintenance que lors de pannes ou de demandes d'assistance.

  • Vous analysez les dysfonctionnements, recherchez leur origine et apportez une solution adaptée, sur site ou lorsque cela est possible à distance. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues afin de garantir la fiabilité, la disponibilité et la durée de vie des installations.

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené à :

  • Assurer le dépannage et la maintenance d'installations automatisées et d'équipements de manutention.
  • Apporter une assistance technique aux clients lorsqu'un problème survient sur une installation existante ou récemment mise en service.
  • Rechercher l'origine des pannes et intervenir sur les différents composants mécaniques, électriques et automatisés.
  • Travailler sur différents types d'équipements tels que des systèmes de convoyage, de levage, de transfert et autres solutions automatisées de manutention.
  • Effectuer certaines analyses ou interventions à distance à l'aide des systèmes de commande et de supervision.
  • Collaborer avec les autres techniciens afin d'assurer un suivi efficace des installations.
  • Participer à la maintenance préventive et corrective afin de garantir la continuité des équipements.
  • Assurer un service professionnel et orienté client.

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne technique, débrouillarde et orientée solutions.

  • Vous êtes passionné par la technique et avez envie de continuer à apprendre.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une formation en mécanique, électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Votre profil est principalement orienté mécanique, avec de bonnes bases en électricité.
  • Quelques connaissances en automatisation ou en programmation constituent un atout.
  • Vous êtes capable d'analyser un problème technique et de rechercher une solution de manière autonome et pragmatique.
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les clients et accordez de l'importance à la qualité du service.
  • Vous êtes flexible concernant les horaires et acceptez de participer à un système de garde périodique, comprenant occasionnellement des interventions en dehors des heures habituelles et le week-end.
  • Les déplacements professionnels et, ponctuellement, les nuitées à l'extérieur ne constituent pas un frein pour vous.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec le travail en hauteur.
  • Vous êtes disposé à intervenir dans différents environnements industriels, notamment dans des zones à basse température ou soumises à des conditions spécifiques de sécurité.
  • Vous comprenez l'anglais technique ou êtes disposé à développer vos connaissances.
