Jobomschrijving

  • Als er technische problemen optreden, vertrouwen we op jou om ze op te lossen. We streven naar een snelle oplossing, maar veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop.
  • Wanneer we onze productielijn ombouwen voor bijvoorbeeld het produceren van verschillende producten, is jouw technische input essentieel.
  • Naast het oplossen van problemen, is het voorkomen ervan minstens zo belangrijk. Daarom ben jij verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud om stilstand van onze productielijnen te minimaliseren.
  • Naarmate je ervaring bij ons groeit, krijg je de kans om verbeteringen te identificeren en te implementeren naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet. Je deelt jouw ideeën met collega's, ontwikkelt actieplannen en voert ze uit.
  • Bij grote technische investeringsprojecten vertrouwen we op jouw expertise om ze succesvol af te ronden.
  • Kortom, een uitdagende en gevarieerde functie waarin je jouw technische talenten volledig kunt benutten.
  • In deze positie werk je in een roterend 2-ploegensysteem (van 6u tot 14u en van 14u tot 22u).
  • Je beschikt over een achtergrond in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica en/of elektronica, waardoor je een solide theoretische basis hebt gelegd voor je loopbaan.
  • Daarnaast heb je deze theoretische basis kunnen aanvullen met praktijkervaring.
  • Naast een brede technische kennis, zijn analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen cruciaal voor deze functie.
  • Je honger naar kennis opent deuren naar groeimogelijkheden binnen Biscuiterie Willems.
  • Omdat samenwerking een kernwaarde is binnen ons bedrijf, is jouw teamgeest van onschatbare waarde. Natuurlijk moet je ook zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Werkzaam zijn in de voedingsindustrie vereist constante aandacht voor orde, netheid, veiligheid en hygiëne.
