Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de sanitaire sector zoeken wij een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je met diverse systemen, van sanitair tot zonne-energie en rookkanalen. Dit bedrijf legt de nadruk op vakmanschap en uitstekende service, met als doel het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met hun klanten. Ze willen graag een onderhoudstechnieker aanwerven die net zo betrouwbaar is als zijzelf. Ben jij een doorgewinterde technieker met een schat aan ervaring? Dan willen we jou leren kennen!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Na een briefing ga je zelfstandig op pad om klanten te bezoeken, zowel particulieren als bedrijven
  • Je verzorgt het onderhoud van gasketels, mazouttanks, verwarmingssystemen op aardgas en stookolie, en alle mogelijke sanitaire installaties
  • Daarnaast voer je grondige reinigingen uit
  • Je controleert afvoersystemen en zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect functioneert
  • Opmaken van rapportages en maken van de vereiste attesten
  • Het uitvoeren van wettelijke keuringen behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket
  • Je beschikt over 3 jaar ervaring in de sector of een je hebt een diploma CV/sanitair, verwarming en ventilatie binnen handbereik
  • Behaalde je reeds uw G1 of G2 attest? Dan heb je een pluspunt
  • Je bent klantgericht en sociaal, geen schrik om contacten te leggen
